Love this site!

Oh my goodness, I just finished the Street Photography Masterclass and it was fantastic! The instructor was so insightful, and I learned so many new techniques. My photos already look so much better. I can't wait to try another course. I will definitely be back for more and telling all my photographer friends!

Decent course, quick access

I purchased the Landscape Photography Course during a holiday sale. The content was pretty solid, good tips for composition and lighting. Access to the course was immediate after purchase, which was great. My only minor gripe was that some of the video quality in a few modules seemed a bit dated compared to newer tutorials I've seen. Still, it was a good value for the price I paid and I learned a few things.

Great value on the bundle

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I picked up a bundle that included a Lighting Masterclass and some Photoshop Actions. The discount was significant, making it feel like a real steal. The masterclass alone would have cost more than I paid for everything. I felt like I got a lot of educational content and tools without breaking the bank, which was my main goal. It felt worth the purchase for sure.

Smooth experience, good resources

I recently bought the Photography Marketing Kits and a bundle of Digital Backgrounds. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I just added to cart and checked out. Access to the downloads was instant, which I appreciated. The marketing kits had some helpful templates for social media, though I did need to tweak them quite a bit to match my specific brand. The digital backgrounds were high quality and easy to use in Photoshop. I even had a small question about licensing for one of the backgrounds, and customer support responded within a few hours with a clear answer. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long I get access to the courses after buying them? Is it like a subscription or more of a one-time thing for life?

M Michelle Lee 3 weeks ago
Nah, it's not a sub. Once you buy it, you have it forever. Super convenient, just log in and watch whenever.

Yeah, confirmed. I bought a masterclass like a year ago and can still access all the videos and resources. No expiry date afaik.

Thinking about getting one of those big bundles during a sale. Do they ever drop to like 90% off or is that just marketing fluff?

S Sarah 2 weeks ago
They totally do! I got a landscape bundle last Black Friday that was insane, like 85% off. You just gotta wait for those big holiday sales.

Yep, can confirm. The bundles are where it's at for the biggest savings. Keep an eye out for flash sales too, they pop up randomly sometimes.

how does photowhoa stack up against skillshare? like for learning new photography stuff, which one's better value?

K Kyle Rodriguez 3 weeks ago
Photowhoa is more curated, I feel. Skillshare has a ton of stuff but it's hit or miss. Photowhoa tends to have higher quality instructors and more in-depth masterclasses, especially if you catch a bundle deal.

I like Photowhoa for specific deep dives. Skillshare is good for breadth and quick intros to lots of topics, but for really mastering something, Photowhoa's courses are usually more robust. Plus, you own the content on Photowhoa.

Anyone know if their presets work with the Lightroom Mobile app? Or is it just desktop versions?

K Kyle Johnson 2 weeks ago
Most of them do, yeah. I've used a few sets on my phone with no issues. They usually mention it in the product description if there's a limitation.

I think a lot of the newer ones are designed for both. If it's an older pack, might be desktop only, but generally, they're good for mobile too.
